Glucosamine is a substance that occurs naturally in the body. Chondroitin is also a substance naturally occurring in the body and is found in cartilage, for example. MSM Vida contains chondroitin sulphate obtained from fish.

Manganese is an important trace element that contributes to normal connective tissue formation and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.

One capsule of MSM Vida contains 270 mg MSM, 305 mg glucosamine, 210 mg chondroitin sulphate (from fish), 0.5 mg manganese and 5 mg vitamin E.

Vegan capsule shell
In the mixing process, the raw materials are micronised, i.e. they are crushed to a particle size of approx. 60 micrometres without being heated. We only use vegi capsule shells made from plant-based material (HPMC) without gelatine. MSM Vida uses capsule size 00.
